I just had Chef Jay (Ember Hospitality) cater my son's wedding reception....and let me tell you it was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she very professional and spent much time beforehand helping me with the menu, but she was such a delightful person to deal with as well. We had the chicken marsala and it was perfect and received so many compliments, as well as the twice baked potatoes and the yummy kale salad. She and her assistant left everything clean. I cannot say how delicious the food was and beautifully displayed also. I will definitely use Ember Hospitality again, and I promise you will be extremely happy if you choose her for your catering needs.
